Super helpful and professional, support small business versus large corporate chains that treat employees like a cog in a machine and don’t care about their customers.

They are honest, knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. They've been around for years because of their excellent customer service. They are always very thorough with their diagnosis, and they don't up-sell you when it's a simple fix you could do yourself. They also book you as fast they can. And while they can do larger projects, they don't mind taking smaller residential jobs (which is quite rare in this area). I would highly recommend OLIVERO PLUMBING CO, they are fantastic!

I am fine with them. They are very close to me and they are pretty good about showing up when they say they are going to.

I think their pricing is slightly higher than some places.

Everthing went smoothly, service was excellent but I truly believe I pd. Too much for the job.The job was done several years ago but I don' remember exactly when.Sorry-

Great! Cleaned up well and you cannot tell that the floor was taken up and put back down. No more leak into the downstairs unit! It took him much longer than he expected, but he was very good natured about it. Originally we thought that the problem was the toilet seal, but it turned out to be much more than that.

Bill arrived to help troubleshoot water pressure problem. Replaced in/ot piping to water heater and slightly incrested regulator pressure. Added scope to replace spigot valve based on how well other work went.

We bought a new washer and dryer and the delivery guys placed the dryer on the left and the washer on the right which was very awkward because the doors opened up against each other. Olivero switched them around and extended the gas line to reach the new location. The tech also installed a new kitchen faucet with no problems. He then installed our new fancy toilet that had a special features seat (bidet, warmer, dryer) and he removed the old one from the premises.

They're excellent. They were on time and the they kept the price as agreed and they're very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did excellent work. I would use their services again.

I'd give them straight A's for price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.

1. This job was handled quickly, professionally, and was well coordinated with an electrician the firm recommended. Dave (member of the Oliveiro family) oversaw the job. Expensive, but excellent work and service.
2. and quot;Billand quot; would go for long periods when he would not return my calls. He was going to try to get (a) information and (b) some parts he thought I could use for the proposed job but ultimately just took so long in getting back to me I told him to forget it. Frustrating experience. It contributed to the lower grades, above, but in the scheme of things was a much more minor interaction than Item #1.

They do excellent work and are very familiar with city codes. They came ina timely manner and were very efficient. They suggested some additional work. They did not try to "hard-sell" me and I decided to let them do the work. They have also replaced my hot water heater about 2 years ago. They are very honest. I would reccommend them to anyone.

Our old faucets and lines in rather bad shape, so took some time to fix. But worked steadily and did a good job.

I didn't think that they were very effective, and I was disappointed with how everything turned out. I was charged way more than I expected. I also didn't like the attitude that they gave me when I addressed what I was billed.

The job went fine. It has been problem free ever since they did the job. I've been using them for years. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

We’ve used them many times for the last several years. It was done at a very reasonable cost. We had priced a couple of other places and they wanted $2,000. When he came out he said that because the break was in our yard and didn't go out into the street, it would be a fairly quick job and he had all the stuff he needed in his truck. He dug and dug and dug and popped it in and cleaned it out. He tested the line and suggested that at some point it should be routed out as far as possible into the main line. He said that it is quite possible that since the city lines are so old there could be problems down the road but they wouldn't be our problems. He said that I should call the city because he thought the blockage was not on our property. He said to keep the line clean and route it out so the city couldn't say that it was our problem. His speed stood out. He got it done all in one day. They have always given us prompt service. We called that morning and they came that day. They couldn't promise it would be done that day but it was.

It went very well. They came on time, completed all work in one visit and did less than I thought was needed because it wasn't needed. We intend to use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

With the exception of the toilet repair, Olivero's work was perfect. Neat, organized, prompt, and cleaned up afterwards. On the toilet bowl, on the first try the plumber did not fasten it well enough to overcome rotted wood under the floor; Olivero returned and did the job again at no additional cost, and so far everything is fine.

We've used them several times over five years and they are great. They are very honest. They are right every time and will let you know if the work can be done cheaper.
