General Remodeling
Contractor and crew were professional. I was kept well-informed from the beginning through the end. An example: I was cautioned that some damage might be done to my landscaping although they would try to be careful. The landscaping is fine.
I had thought long and hard about how to do this job and came to no good idea except the conclusion that renovating this basically sound structure was worth-while. I turned to this well-recommended "design-build" firm. MTAC came up with renovation scheme and preserved the structure. They used their good engineering judgment, craftsmanship, and ingenuity throughout.
They were responsive regarding added details that I requested, and when extra costs were involved the pricing of such "extras" was well-explained and fair.
The concrete walkway looks very good, too.
