Michael Price-Brown (BH&G)

First of all, I'm picky. In every way. I'm picky who I work with and needed to see a lot of homes before making a decision. I tried to work with two agents before finding Michael. From the beginning I knew he was going to be easy to work with. I was going to be a difficult client and he knew it but worked with me anyway.The only time I had to look was on the weekends, didn't have a big down payment and, like I said, was picky. Michael was willing to work around my schedule and always had a list of homes that met my criteria. He set me up with a couple of online listing searches.Those things were so important because I had little time to look, lived nearly 3 hours away from where I wanted to buy, and wanted to rely on someone to show me the potential in homes that I may have overlooked. Beyond that, Michael has a charming personality and quick with which made spending so much time with him a pleasure. For the better part of two years, nearly every other Saturday or Sunday was spent with me. Michael patiently answered my questions, explained options with regard to repairs, upgrades, upsides, downsides, neighborhoods, proximity to schools, shopping, weather, slide areas, noise, market challenges,etc. Nearly two years into the search I found the house that had everything I wanted and Michael was a rock during the offer process. It was a difficult time to buy with dozens of offers on homes, all cash offers, homes selling for tens of thousands over list. He couldn't have made it easier. Fast forward to 2015---Michael has been, as he often says, "your realtor for life". I've relied on him for recommendations for gardeners, HVAC , handyman, roofer, restaurants, and much more. I've met a realtor who has become a good friend and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
