Excellent, as usual. I have been using Larry's services for a few years. I have a cream carpet with a lot of mileage on it. He always manages to make it look good again with his thorough cleaning and deodorizing. Larry is reliable, punctual, efficient, and professional. I don't hesitate to call him, and would highly recommend his services.

- The job went like clockwork. Larry arrived on time, ready to go. The job took less than 3 hours. Larry was meticulous and restored the carpet to a very serviceable and attractive condition. We intend to keep it instead of investing in a new carpet, as we originally thought we would have to do. Larry said that we should have him back to clean it again in another two years and we certainly will, as he does outstanding work. Larry has our full endorsement. Call him. He will do a great job for you, too. Prior to this job, we did not know Larry, and we have no axe to grind in recommending him to everyone.He is simply one of those outstanding professionals who takes pride in his work and does it well.

I have been using Larry's service for a few years. He is consistent in his punctuality, professionalism, and efficiency. He's the reason I haven't yet replaced my carpets. They come out looking so fantastically clean, that I postpone buying new ones. He gets there on time, and focuses on his job, which he does expertly. I highly recommend his services.

Did an OK job, but charged a LOT more than he had quoted on the phone. It may have been a reasonable price, but the estimate should have been at least close. He could also have given me a revised estimate before he finished, so I could have been a more informed buyer. Very unprofessional! I felt cheated.

We did discuss this when I evaluated the situation and you wanted to go ahead with the deodorization in addition to the cleaning because the cat urine was everywhere and you wanted it taken care of. I explained it would cost more and I quoted you $200. for the job. You obviously agreed or I never would have gone ahead with the deodorizing. I am so sorry you feel like you've been cheated. I am sending you $75. back immediately."

I have used Larry in the past. He has always been on time, gets right to work, is very professional and efficient. He also does a great job. My carpet looks great after he finishes, and he gets the spots out too as I have pets. I do not hesitate to recommend him to others. I will continue to use him in the future.

It went very well. We had to juggle the schedule once. Larry was very thorough in his cleaning. He also works quickly (but efficiently). We had a small disconnect on the square footage, and furniture moving, that was quickly and easily resolved. Larry asks for and provides a lot of information on the front-end so that he can give an estimate, and plan his work. He focused on a couple of tough spots and adjusted quickly to moving furniture. He also last minute did a couple of large throw rugs at no additional charge.

Was offered a tough situation to work aboard a large motoryacht. He was reluctant to hoist his machine aboard,
but worked by hand to correct several problem spots and advised how to proceed in the future.
All this and he refused any payment!! I am very satisfied! I will engage him for my next land-based needs!

I hate to say too much since Larry is in demand. We scheduled several weeks out. He called the day before to confirm and actually showed up a bit before the scheduled time. He was able to get out several old stains in the carpets and my carpets look great.

When I called to schedule, I had a short time frame. Larry was booked, but offered to come on Saturday. Not something he usually does. He gave me a 60 minute window for his arrival - following another job earlier in the day. He arrived exactly in the middle. He walked through the job and started immediately.
The temperature today was in the low 90's... He worked so hard, and continuously, I was worried he'd wind up passed out on the floor. He was very polite and agreeable throughout.
When we spoke to make the appointment, I listed several items I wanted cleaned. When Larry arrived, I asked if he had time to add on a few things - several things. He was willing to do that and ended up working 5.5 hours at the house.
Everything looks lovely. The furniture is so fresh and clean. The carpets look so much better - if only we can keep them this way for more than a week.
I unreservedly recommend Larry. He was very responsive to my need for a quick turn around time, he came when he said, did the work we discussed, and more. He worked hard and continuously and was very professionally in his demeanor and attitude.

Although I had to reschedule several times because of my own calendar conflicts, Larry was always able to call back and confirm the new date. He gave me an estimate based on my description of how many rooms had carpeting, and he charged me just what he'd estimated, even though I'd asked him if he could clean a little extra that we did not discuss.
Our carpet had several stains due to the fact that we have a couple of kids dropping food, toothpaste, and markers on it. But when Larry was done a few hours later, the carpet looked brand new. I had given up hope that this was even possible.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Larry to anyone, and plan to use him again, as I am certain the kids will do their best to keep the carpet dirty. Thanks, Larry!

He is really good. He is a really good guy, efficient and nice. He does a really nice job and he is really good to deal with. He shows up on time and he is very reasonably priced. He was very tidy. When I called, he gave me an estimate over the phone. When he came out, I said since you are here, how much for these three area rugs and it was a minimal amount more. He said that since he was already set up. It would not be that much more. He did a really good job on the sofa, which is a silk soft linen material and I have a cat. Since I do have a cat. I asked him to put a Scotchgard equivalent on the couch. Generally, if you have upholstered furniture, it is usually a headache and is not very good. I can see doing this every couple of years, as maintenance thing, rather than waiting until it is real bad. My kitty is very well behaved. He has solutions for stain remover. If you wear, blue jeans a lot. It leaves the haze and that was all gone. It is just him and his vacuum. It is a tiny operation, but he is very good. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

Mr. Lynch, who is Larry's Extreme Clean, was first rate! Even though he provides upholstery and carpet cleaning services where I live, I had a very small job...steam cleaning two living room chairs and one ottoman. Because of Larry's Extreme Clean's numerous very positive Angie's List reviews, I really wanted Mr. Lynch to steam clean my furniture which was purchased in 2001 and had never been professionally cleaned. When Mr. Lynch finished, the chairs and ottoman looked brand new again. The cranberry color really came back to life and the fabric felt smooth to the touch.
Not only would I recommend Larry's Extreme Clean, I have. I passed his contact information on to a neighbor as well as to a woman I met recently who was looking for someone to steam clean her carpets. I'd definitely call Mr. Lynch again. He went out of his way to accommodate me, arrived exactly on time, and did an expert job at an exceptionally reasonable cost. There simply isn't anything more he could have done to make the experience a better one.
