Extremely professional and courteous contractors/foreman; laborers also hard-working and wonderful; really good with the "rough stuff" but fell apart a bit at the end (the punch list went on for....ever). Project went pretty far over budget, which was frustrating, and compounded by the fact that they work on a time & materials basis. The subs they chose (for heating, sheetrock, flooring, stucco) were OK--nothing special. One of the subs brought his annoying yippy dog to our house which I found  unprofessional. And another one of their carpentry subs was extremely difficult to work with--and really, just plain lazy. But that's not Keene's fault. Anyway, it's months out from the end of the project, and everything works and looks pretty good so no major complaints. Just glad it's over.
