Antonio showed up to fix the door, and he seemed really nice, but was in a huge hurry. I thought it was because it was a Saturday afternoon and I was the last stop before going home. He got my garage door to close, so I thought the problem was solved and I was thankful. Unfortunately, three days later, the garage door broke again! Since they gave me a 30-day warranty, I called Mike Connors, told him the problem and asked him to send Antonio back the next day. Mike said it would be ?no problem,? but that he was in a ?bad service area,? so if I would call back and leave a message, he would forward the message to Antonio. I called back and left a message, but come late the next morning, I still hadn?t heard from Antonio. To make a LONG story short, I had to make several calls, got the runaround and had to wait an extra day for service. I really didn?t think that Antonio was going to show up, but he did. Again, he got the garage door down, (was again in a big hurry) but I knew that he didn?t fix the problem. If my door keeps twisting & not closing, and all you do is lower it without finding out & fixing the problem, then this is just going to keep on happening.
I decided to save myself further frustration and called the company that I normally use, Golden Gate Garage Doors. Tim checked everything out, took the time to explain it and fixed the problem. I haven't had any problems since.
