The pillows for the chaise overlap the edge of the couch, so if you are sitting it is uneven. I had the owner come out and they ordered me new pillows that are the same size. The back pillows are not filled and I took those back. There was a distinct feeling that showed that it was missing. I was told by the manager that they had thrown the box of filling out, so it delayed me receiving the pillows by a week and a half. I have called an upholestery guy to re-do all of the pillows. The pillows do not fit on the couch correctly. It has been a nightmare experience. The quality of the couch has been very subpar. They are refusing to fix the situation.
