 + -1 moreAccess Property Management took a third of the initial rental fee and about 200-250 a month. They did a satisfactory job, they found a tenant and they did a pretty good job of collecting rent. I wouldn't say they were excellent but they were adequate.
Description of Work: I used Access Property Management and they rented out my property until August 2012.
