TV Service - Cable, Internet Service
I have a problem that they haven't resolved. It has taken an unnecessarily long time to resolve it. They're going to have to do better than they did. I called them and they said the equipment was outdated but they haven't resolved it. They should have brought the updated equipment. That was a week and a half ago and they haven't done anything yet. They're supposed to contact me but they didn't follow up with that. It's the first time I've had a problem with AT&T.
