ROMEO'S CAR WASH & AUTO DETAIL

I took my vehicle for a car wash. I have been taking my vehicle to this car wash for approximately 4 years. I have always requested the same car wash with an approximate cost of $10.99. Unfortunately, on 07/24/2010, I took my vehicle for the same type of service but was charged a different price for the same service. An original receipt was not provided. I then asked the attendant for a receipt for services rendered. When I got home later that day I noted that the receipt provided was indeed for the said $10.99 car wash service. However, it had someone else?s account ending numbers on the receipt. I called the business the next day and explained the situation. I was told to call back 10 minutes later. When I finally got to speak to someone to try and resolve the issue, I was told that I had gotten and paid for the more expensive car wash of $16.99 and it was my fault that I did not carefully look at the transaction receipt while signing. I then explained to the individual about the $10.99 receipt that they provided me with bearing the account information of someone else. He then got upset and told me to bring that receipt to his shop and that they would be closing in 10 minutes. He then got angry and hung-up the phone. I am currently disputing the $16.99 charge with my Credit Union and will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if the matter is not resolved
