When the technician arrived at my front door he was very polite pleasant and friendly, after he introduced himself he asked to be shown where the A/C units were located and got to work immediately. I was impressed as he knew exactly what the problem was likely to have caused my A/C units to have failed. The technician was very professional in explaining to me about the cause of failure to the units. He showed me the parts that needed replaced and what possible causes can go wrong and what to look for in the future. He was very knowledgeable and got both of my units running in no time, my house went from an unconfortable100 degrees to a more comfortable 84 degrees in a matter of minutes making my family very happy, not to mention my checkbook. I was very satisfied with the quality of work, the professionalism, and the price I was charged to have both of my A/C units running again. Thank you Hardaway for having such a professional technician provide excellent service to your customers. I will not hesitate to call on you or recommend you in the future. Called Becerril Air 'cause they had 1 or 2 good reviews on yelp. I think the reviews were by a friend or family because they gushed. Tech showed up told me I had a bad leak and needed the accumulator if not the whole unit replaced. The office did not get an informative enough report from the tech and said they needed to send another tech in 5 days to a**** and estimate but sounded like $600-$1000. I called Hardaway the next day and he responded within a few hours. Told me it was the accumulator, he could fix it in 2 days and would be about $400. Great responsiveness, great pricing, and honest.

Hardaway got to my residence at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem. I highly recommend this company.
