It was the first time I've used him. He's good. That person and the company was excellent. He knows what he's doing. It was good. I'd only use Juan. He makes up to the company.

The technician was very professional and accommodating with my schedule. He arrived on time and waited for me to return from work. He gave me the cost of the repairs up front but charge $85 for an estimate. I have never had an a/c unit fixed and the landlord paid for the services so I did not compare prices. It seemed to me that all parts cost $295.

We have used Desert Air for many years. They have serviced both units at home and several units where I work. They tell you up front what it will cost and guarantee their work. We had an idea in February 2013 of moving our roof top air conditioner to the ground mainly because of a low frequency sound it was making in our bedroom. We had Mike and his crew come out and do the measurements and come up with a design. We agreed on a price and started making plans of cleaning out a closet where the duct work would come through the wall. A day or two later Mike called and said he had a better idea of isolating the unit from the roof while keeping it in place. The added insulation and better ducting eliminated the low rumble sound and the unit works better than before. It was a great idea and much less expensive. In my experience Mike and his crew do an outstanding job.

I needed weekend repair service for my central a/c. The telephone rep was courteous and helpful. The repair tech, Mike, was prompt and professional and explained what was needed to the rep for my home warranty company when they wanted to know all the details on what was needed and what the cost was. I'm happier with Desert Air than my home warranty company.

we haven't used any of the companies except Desert Air.  They came on time and were courteous but prices were outrageous and they didn't want us to know that the $250.00 work they wanted to perform could be done by us in half an hour and at no charge!!

They are really good.  The price was more than I expected.  We have 2 AC units.  I would recommend them to my family and friends.  He was very thorough on everything and checked everything.  I like those boys.  When I call them, they ask what they can do to bring a smile on me.

They came at the time they said they would. Explained every detail very well. Finished the job and then called back to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done and I was.

Went fine overall, good customer service, intelligent technician, and I wish I could use them every time I have a problem with my AC

THEY INSTALLED THE UNIT AND EVERY THING WAS WAS WORKING FINE WHEN HE LEFT. WHEN IT IS 115 OUT SIDE IT IS NICE TO FINE SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE SUCH GREAT CARE TO GET A UNIT A FAST AS THEY CAN SO YOU ARE NOT LEFT WITH OUT A COOL HOUSE.

They were very punctual and very thorough. The front desk was very professional and the follow-up was great. My experience with them was very positive. I have signed up for a monthly maintenance contract with them. They are pricey, but I would highly recommend them.

Operator answered phone in english "how can I make you smile today", w/ other calls coming in. Estimate of arrival was good, w/ phone call prior. Spanish speaking technician was very nice and explained things. Did a complete evaluation of the A/C unit even though the problem was the fuse box.
