The clock was taken care of in a profession manner and before we even agreed to the service, Kirk showed us around the shop. We are very happy with his work and the care with which he took care of our late father's old clock from Germany.

Description of Work: Kirk overhauled my clock. Kirk has a lot of knowledge about clocks, and one can tell he loves his work and is good at what he does. In this case, you get what you pay for. It is expensive, but Kirk guarantees his work for a year. He is punctual and has a great personality.

 + -1 moreScheduled first appointment and they did not show up or call. I called the next day and they claimed to have had a family emergency, so I rescheduled. I then waited all day for a scheduled appointment on a Saturday. Again, no show, no call. I should have paid attention to the reviewer that had the same problem. I will not bother with this company again. My time is valuable too!

Description of Work: They replace parts and oiled every component in my grandfather clock. I would rate them higher than an A for their knowledge and capabilities. The clock is over 50 years old and runs like new.
