His prices are reasonable. One of the biggest reasons I have been comfortable with his services is when things have not worked out, he makes it right. I always feel like I'm dealing with someone with integrity who will make it right. That is so important in this industry because it's so hard to know about the magic under the hood. I feel like when he tells me something is wrong, I believe that it is really wrong. When he gives me a price, I might be able to beat it one or two other places, but it's hard to beat the fact that I know that this guy isn't trying to gouge me and try to fix things that really aren't wrong. I always feel confident that I'm getting a straight, honest assessment of what's required and he warrantees his work. One of the reasons I began working with him is because I was getting most of my work done on my Jeep at the Jeep dealership. There was a repair needed and I called Valley because I knew him from a social contact. I told him they wanted to charge me X for doing Y. He had me bring it in so he could look at it. The price he gave me was half of what the dealer would charge. I asked him if that was his normal price and he said it was. For whatever reason, the Jeep dealer was just so much more. He said part of it was he just knows where to get parts, etc. So he won my business because of pricing. He's a general shop. There might be some things that I may need to take my car to a specialty shop but for general car repairs, he's the first business I check.

The work was completed within their predicted schedule and for the price estimated. The price was about 30% LOWER than what was quoted at the Jeep dealer. Work done on all our cars over the last few years has always been the highest quality and reliable. AND, you get a reasonable fee. Hard to find an honest tech who will be fair.
