Toyota of El Cajon

I'm not sure what I had done but I think it was an oil change. They usually prompt me pretty well on what happened with the car.

I have had a Toyota for 42 years. I just went to another company, only because Toyota didn't have the car I wanted with the features. My heart is still with Toyota of El Cajon. I love those people. I purchase from them, and their service is awesome. I go there for service for 25 years. It was an expensive car. I can't wait to use them again.

They're quick, speedy and friendly. They're always eager to help.

I have been going here for about a year. They complete the work in a reasonable about of time when your vehicle is being taken in for maintenance. Their estimates on time frames are almost right on. They are always able to answer any of your questions right there. They are awesome overall.

The service for the tune-up was fine. I had a long wait while the car was being worked on. They also tried to up-sell me on several services that I did not need. The workers were fine, but they quoted me a charge of $1,200.00 for a repair that I was able to do myself for about $100.00. I made an appointment, but I still had to wait three hours for my car to be done. I have used them in the past, and things went better at those times.

They are beyond awesome and right in line with other repair shops. The customer lounge is huge and has a variety of things to serve customer needs and comfort. Very clean and profession and just the best, all around!

They are very professional, experienced, and I have always felt very comfortable with them. They knew what they were doing, and did not try to make me buy things I didn't need. They explained all the options and didn't give me a hard time for not choosing the most expensive one.
