We are better than most of the other contractors you will come across. The way we do this is to listen from day one what your dreams and visions are. We then give you suggestions of ours and come together as a team what works best for you. We keep this line of communication going throughout the whole project because visions can change. Many of the other guys forget this after day one, we don't and it's not that difficult to have and maintain. Really well, Tom is honest. He checks in and follows up well. He takes time to listen! The deck was too far gone with termites so Tom gave us a discount and referred us to THE BEST deck guy, Bill. They all got done and cleaned up well in a timely fashion. They were all very trustworthy and we enjoyed having them in our home and around our kids.

It went well, work in multiple units at the condo complex replacing large living room windows, drywall, texture and painting of walls from leaks, wood repairs to attached balconies (1-(4 story buildings) and also a simple remodel of clubhouse hospitality room and kitchen area).

We love it! Tom was easy to work with. He listened to all our ideas and was able to implement each one for us. His crew are respectful and hard workers. They clean up at the end of each day so you are not living with a dusty mess on your hands til the work is completed. We have many compliments on the remodel and would highly recomment Tom and his company TJS Construction.

My wife and I were very pleased with TJS. Tom and his crew were knowledgeable in their trades and performed their job in a very professional manner. The work was completed with in the estimated time frame. Tom took pride in his work and ensured that we were happy with the end results. Our project had many moving parts with a complete demo/remodel to adding on 730 sq ft to an existing house. Tom efficiently organized the project to keep it moving. One particular quality I liked with Tom, was his communication. He always kept us updated and if there were any hiccups, he would inform us of all the options before proceeding. I have recommended and will continue to recommend TJS to family and friends. A company that portrays honesty and great attention to detail.

We had crude plans. As with most projects made some adjustments from the original scope of work were needed. TJS was accommodating and made several recommendations which were followed. TJS also gave us trade-off options, where we could keep the costs consistent with original project estimates. Great job by TJS, recommend without reservations.

All went excellent. Tom and team are professional, responsive and respectful. I trust them to make the right decisions and never feel the need to second guess them. The living room came out beyond expectations, the garage is my new sanctuary and the side yard is flawless.

The process was pretty smooth. The house was old and had DIY work from prior owners. Tom and his team anticipated where the issues might be, let me know pros and cons of solutions up front, and were able to mitigate them in a timely way where they occured. Tom was flexible throughout with minor project design changes. As a result, overall the new rooms look great and are very functional and comfortable.
