We try to be open-minded and give each new business we reach out to hope that they will do a good job.  They erroneously did the wrong job and refused to acknowledge the error that we ended up having to pay for.  Despite their claim that they were "experts with 17 years of experience," sadly they negligently repaired about 10% of our front yards' irrigation having paid them to do a complete job. We stopped payment wanting the job fixed and finalized.  Instead, we were confronted with abrasive staff threatening small claims and collection for this. It became apparent their priority was not customer service.  Despite us fully paying and them offering to return and complete the work, we opted better to hire a company that does a job competently, without blaming or threatening the customer.
