Everything went very well. Their main intention was to design the countertops in a structural manner. I researched countertops and engineering theory prior to them starting the work. I liked that the owner had a background in engineering. All of the information the owner gave me correlated with what I found in my research. They were on the ball and really knew what they were doing, and did not take short cuts. The customer service was superb and when they were working I asked questions, and they readily supplied answers. You can really tell customer service is their number 1 priority. All my expectations were exceeded.
