This company was recommended by Anderson One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for a main electrical panel replacement. The bid was slow in coming. When it arrived, I called the office number to schedule an appointment. I left a message on voice mail. The call was not returned within two or three days. So I called Richard Sperry's cell phone. I talked with him, and he promised to call me back after checking the schedule book at the office. I did not receive a call back until a week later. At that point, I had written this company off and had made other arrangements for the work.
