SOS Rooter was the only company that responded to an emergency call on a Saturday. A landscaping company had cut through a water line while grinding out the roots left by a 40-foot tall palm tree they had removed. The pipe was actually UNDER the root ball. Had to turn off the water to our home to stop the leak; there was no other shut-off. Service truck arrived within 60 minutes of our call. I already had the hole dug and located the leak. Jerry, the repairman, went to Home Depot, brought back the correct parts and repaired the leak. Very happy with the service and repair.

FOR THE SIMPLE JOB THAT WAS DONE, I WAS DEFINITELY OVERCHARGED. FURTHER, I WAS PROMISED A TIME ZONE OF 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. PLUMBER SHOWED UP AT 3:00 P.M. JOB TOOK ABOUT A 1/2 HOUR. I LOST MONEY FROM LOSING AN AFTERNOON APPOINTMENT. THIS WAS MY FIRST USE AND MY LAST. I HAVE CANCELLED. I THREW ENVELOPE AWAY. I HAVE ONLY JULY ISSUE WITH NO NUMBER. THIS EXPERIENCE COST ME (BILL & BUSINESS DAY APPOINTMENT) CLOSE TO $1,000.00. GRADED ON ANGIE'S LIST, EXPERIENCE AS "F". THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY.

THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AS SOON AS I CALLED THEM I REALLY NEEDED THEM AS THE KIDS BATHROOM WOULD NOT DRAIN AT ALL. THE GUY WAS REALLY NICE AND DID HIS JOB QUICKLY. THE PRICE THEY QUOTED ME TURNED OUT TO BE WHAT I OWED SO THERE WERE NO SURPRISES!
