Smith Fence installed a short fence and gate in June of 2016. I was concerned about the new gate sagging but Chris reassured me it would not! The gate began sagging after just a month. I called in early August, left a detailed message of what the problem is, and got a voicemail response back on August 25th from Chris Smith. I immediately called him back, had to leave another voicemail for him and I haven't heard back from Chris Smith or his company since then (Aug 2016). The gate continues to sag more and more, and get hung up on the gate frame; I've had to sand down the fence frame routinely, yet after less than a month goes by, more sagging! I have called Smith Fence Co so many times this past year, I've lost track (may 8+ times?!). I've just put them on notice (at Riverside and San Diego voicemails) that I'm filing a complaint with the State Licensing Board if they do not contact me by tomorrow (April 7, 2017). This is absurd.
