I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY DID CALL ME BEFORE DOING THE JOB. IF THE PRICE HAD NOT BEEN AS MUCH AS A NEW SEWING MACHINE I WOULD GO BACK FOR REPAIRS, BUT I MAY GO BACK FOR A NEW MACHINE INSTEAD.

I WENT TO SEW PROS BECAUSE I DROVE BY AND SAW IT, I HAS NO IDEA IF IT WAS A REPUTABLE PLACE, I GUESS I WAS LUCKY! THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL FROM THE MINUTE I WALKED IN THE DOOR, THEY WERE EVEN KIND TO MY 2 YOUNG CHILDREN. THEY TOOK MY MACHINE AND SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME THE NEXT DAY WITH AN ESTIMATE, HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY! HE TOLD ME MY MACHINE WOULD BE READY IN 1 WEEK AND IT WAS! HE DID A GREAT JOB! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEW PROS!

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE ON MY SEWING MACHINE. I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT PUTTING THAT MUCH MONEY INTO A 30 YEAR OLD MACHINE, BUT I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID ON MY MACHINE, IT IS JUST LIKE NEW. THEY DID HAVE TO REPLACE A NUMBER OF PARTS, BUT THE SERVICE TECH TOLD ME HE WOULD GUARANTEE THE WORK. THEY DID TAKE A WEEK JUST TO GET AROUND TO LOOKING AT IT AND GIVING ME THE ESTIMATE. I WASN'T HAPPY ABOUT THAT, BUT I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULTS. I GUESS WHEN YOU ARE IN DEMAND IT JUST TAKES LONGER.
