NEVER COMPLETED WORK ON CONTRACT. COMPANY OWNER FILED A MECHANICS LIEN ON RESIDENCE, TOOK US TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND LOST. CHARGES AVERAGED $350.00 PER HOUR FOR WORK DONE. DRY CLEANERS THEY USED SHRUNK ALL CURTAINS. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. INSURANCE COMPANY REFERRED THEM TO US AND THEN DENIED THEY EVER DID. THIS COMPANY HAS A TERRIBLE REPUTATION FOR INSURANCE COMPANY REFERRALS. THE MORNING WE WERE IN COURT, THE OWNER, KIT SMITH, HAD 7 OF THE 9 CASES ON THE CALENDAR. WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES WHO HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINTS. THEY WERE RUDE AND HARASSED US FOR MONEY DAILY. THEY NEVER GAVE US AN ITEMIZED STATEMENT. WE HAD TO GET IT FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY. IT WAS ONLY THEN WE DISCOVERED HOW THEY HAD OVERCHARGED FOR ITEMS THEY NEVER CLEANED OR USED. THE WORST COMPANY I'VE DONE BUSINESS WITH IN SAN DIEGO IN 30 YEARS.
