Sears Stores - El Cajon

I just called them up and told them to put a new one in. I think I went and picked it up at the store when they were having a sale. I hauled it home took the old one out and put it in. All you have to do is plug it in the wall and hook up the hose. They wanted $200 to install it for a job I can do myself. 

I knew what I wanted to i said give me that model and so and so. My truck is in the parking lot and the put it in the back. How could you screw up on the sales floor, outside of saying yea we have a sale but we don't have any available. But they had them available so there was not trouble on that one. Overall there was nothing wrong with what happened, they did exactly what I wanted and put it in my truck. It was competitive with other sources. The fact that it was there and I could have it right now. I could go to another company and order it but I would have to wait a week to get it. The brand has an excellent reputation I have had them over the years.

They charged $80 for delivery. We like the warranty that they provided. The interaction was good. I like the washer and drier. The price was pretty good, it probably wasn't the best price, but was definitely not the worst. The guy who installed it was nice and helpful.

I chose Sears because it is a family tradition; my father worked for them.  I also chose them because of the price. I was prepared to buy a dishwasher with all the bells and whistles that was actually pretty expensive and my salesperson actually steered me to a model that was less expensive but just as effective. She wasn’t out for the commission or to have her sales figures be high; she really wanted me to have the best product for my situation.  I felt that the advice she gave me was very knowledgeable and helpful and she answered my questions.  I called her back with another question and she took care of it.  It was great.
