I called them explained the problem I was having.. they told me to bring it in to confirm the estimate to fix.. They had it fixed in an hour.

Keith is extremely friendly and polite. The repairman arrived promptly and did a good job of replacing the parts. He was also friendly and polite. This was a good experience.

Courteous, prompt, reasonable service from start to finish.

Keith was very professional and friendly on the phone and had to call me back, which he did within 5 minutes. The repairman was fast, friendly and on time. I am very disappointed that they never got back to me about the quote for the additional repairs. These repairs sounded as though they were going to be quite expensive (over $500), but we were willing to pay for that. So I am disappointed and that they never got back to me about the additional repairs, especially since our initial contact with them and the repairs they did do were excellent!

The job was peformed, but when we tested the dryer after the repairman left, it didn't work. Also, he put an adapter to convert the gas line. The job done was not professional and could have easily leaked had I not fixed it on my own. We had to call the company back to make the dryer work. We will not give them a recommendation for future work because of this. The adapter used could easily have caused a gas leak.

The repairman arrived on-time, was professional, clean and courteous.

KEITH, THE OWNER/GM, WAS VERY PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE WAS ABLE TO SEND A TECHNICIAN OVER TO DO THE INSTALLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF MY CALL. THE TECHNICIAN, ANDY, SHOWED UP ON TIME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. HE GOT THE JOB DONE ON TIME, CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND SHOWED US HOW TO USE THE NEW MICROWAVE. THE PRICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT KEITH SAID IT WOULD BE. GREAT FOLKS, WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

REPAIRMAN ARRIVED ON TIME & DETERMINED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. AFTER HE OBTAINED THE REPLACEMENT FAN, HE REPLACED IT & THE REFRIGERATOR NOW WORKS FINE. THE PART ITSELF COST $65, SO THE COST OF THE JOB WAS QUITE REASONABLE. TOTAL TIME INCLUDING OBTAINING THE REPLACEMENT PARTS WAS ABOUT AN HOUR & FIFTEEN MINUTES. OVERALL GOOD JOB.

HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, HE GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE OVER THE PHONE, HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING.

REPAIRMAN RESPONDED ON TIME. WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL AND IN A TIMELY FASHION. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR FUTURE REPAIRS.

THEY WERE UNDERSTANDING AND BROUGHT ME A REFRIGERATOR THAT SAME DAY THAT WE CALLED. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPED DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE CALL.

EXCELLENT COMPANY OWNER, SCOTT CAUTHEN, IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, RELIABLE COMPANY. WE HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR OVER FOUR YEARS. RECENTLY WE SENT THEM TO MY MOTHER-IN-LAW'S HOUSE FOR REFR. REPAIR THEY COULDN'T DO THE WORK, BUT TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG AND TO CALL SEARS. DID NOT CHARGE A HOUSE CALL. EXCELLENT COMPANY.
