They were nice, polite, spent a lot of time here, and told us we do not need any hardware to replace the awning, just the fabric. It was just a formality to put something in the mail, and he never did. It had been two weeks. I called and left two voicemails and never heard anything, maybe a month later I get a voicemail giving an excuse for the delay which seemed a completely diff impression from his attentive service oriented approach from before. He said he would put something in the mail, but nothing ever got sent. I called again after that informing them we were definitely interested and then nothing since.
