This is a small, family-run business. The type of business I like to work with. No middle-men, conscientious and prompt. Not much more to say. Small means they don't charge like the big guys charge. Clean-cut, responsible plumbers who you can trust in your home. They actually make plumbing fun and put up with me following them around asking questions.

We've been using Remedy Rooter Inc. for our plumbing for about five years. I like directly working with the owner of a small company, so that we have a personal relationship with them, so you know who's coming to do your work. I do not like large companies with a bunch of employees. He even works on Sundays and he doesn't charge a Sunday fee.

He is a good plumber and he is easy to get a hold of. He is very professional, competent, and prompt.
