Great job and kind workers

Best professionalism by far of anyone I have interacted with in regards to our foundation issues. Did a thorough inspection with measurements inside and outside the home to form a plan to make sure the house was level as well as evenly supported, not just stabilized. Answered a multitude of questions in a detailed and timely manner. Took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with the work we were contracting with them. Professional interaction with workers and on the phone with staff. Highly recommend.

We used an Angie’s List special with RamJack. Kyle came out to check our foundation as we had some cracks on the outside of our house. He used a special tool to check for settling of the house and then did a physical inspection of the foundation in the crawl space under our house. He confirmed that we did have some issues with our foundation and showed us pictures of the damage. He said they could fix it and he gave us a fair estimate. Jack came out and did the repairs which took two days. It was very hot both of those days but Jack never complained. He came prepared, went right to work and only stopped once for lunch. The job entailed a little more than what was originally estimated. When we asked how much the additional work would cost, we were told that they would do the work at no additional cost. He was considerate to us and to our home. Once the job was completed, Jack showed us pictures of the repair work. We would definitely use RamJack again.

Discovered I was having some issues with my pool due to improper fill. I became a little paranoid that I might be having the same issues with my foundation. Ram Jack came out and confirmed the issue with the pool and assured me the problem did not extend to the foundation.

Kyle from RamJack had worked on my slab foundation when we realized that the old and new slab foundations  were never tied together.  They worked quickly and were very curtious and clean.  They gave us a quote and kept the cost to the quote even when there were little extras.  I was very pleased with their work.  I thought that I would never need them again.

My in-laws moved into my house and while I was cleaning out one of the rooms at their house, I noticed that the drywall was buckling.  My first thought was to call my favorite foundation guy.  I called Kyle at RamJack. They came out immediately to survey the damage.  They took many pictures of what was going on under the house. The house is a raised foundation.  They presented what they were going to do (showing us with pictures), the cost and how long it would take.  We had them start ASAP.  Since I am my in-laws care giver, I could not leave my house to be there while the work was being done.  I was not worried because they had done such a good job at my house and I felt very comfortable with them.  RamJack works on your house like it is their own.  My husband would go over after work to check on things.  He was always pleased with their work.  I was so happy to have them do the work since I could not be there and watch over things.  It took an immense amount of stress off of me.  They also kept the cost to the estimated cost.

I would highly recommend RamJack and especially Kyle if you need any work done on your foundation.

We were replacing our carpets when our contractor pointed out a crack running the length of our living room. He advised that it would be in our best interest to have the crack looked at before he installed new carpet. We called Ram Jack Pacific and they were able to send an estimator named Mike out the next morning. He performed a full evaluation of our house using an electronic tool that measured whether the house was level.

Once the evaluation was complete, Mike assured us that the house foundation was in sound condition and that an epoxy repair would ease our minds. We signed his proposal that same day and Ram Jack Pacific sent a crew out that same week to complete the work. The job was performed quickly and professionally. All members of the Ram Jack team were courteous and respectful of our property.

Being a realtor & contractor in san diego I come across a lot of "problem foundation" homes. Any home we suspect a foundation issue I always call on Ram Jack Pacific to perform their inspection. Being able to give my clients piece of mind thru their in depth inspection/report is an extremely valuable. Their knowledge, incredible team, & ability to tackle even the toughest jobs with ease is why I will always use Ram Jack Pacific. Before I use any company or recommend to a client I do a lot of background on the company to make sure they're the right fit. I always check license, insurance info, & call references, its nice to see a company that is doing business the correct way. I would highly recommend to anyone!
