Beware and check your pool water chemicals yourself. One year ago I had my pool plastered and retiled. Scott was recommended by the company that did the work. We agreed upfront that he would service my pool and every time he came he would check the chemicals in the water. The beginning of the summer he went on vacation and sent another person to do my pool and after that Scott himself never returned to do my pool. Last week I noticed that the urn which is a waterfall had a hard white ring around the inside of it. I took a sample of the water to a pool equipment store where they ran a test and the Chlorine and Cyanuric levels showed extremely high unsafe levels. The chlorine levels were 300, the highest sage level number is 99. I was told by the pool equipment store to not swim in my pool and that it wasn?t safe. I called Scott and told him to come and fix this problem and asked how we got to this place. He obviously didn?t check the water chemistry for quite a while. He suggested that we part ways which I did. He never offered to drain my pool or help remedy the situation at all. I hired another pool service company. The pool had to be drained half way in an attempt to get the chemicals balanced. I do not feel that Scott cares about my property. He doesn?t even take the time to check the water. My new pool company told me that rarely do people have to drain their pool and that there are chemicals that will keep your levels in balance with high Cyanuric levels. Scott is only aware that there is such a thing but has never used it.
