+ -1 moreTHE PRINCIPAL WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND ACCOMMODATING. THE LABORER ASSIGNED WAS NOT VERY PUNCTUAL OR CONSISTENT IN HIS WORK, TAKING AN EXTRA 2 OR 3 DAYS OVER THE ESTIMATE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. OVERALL, WE LOVE OUR NEW BATHROOM AND WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN WITH A DIFFERENT CREW.
Description of Work: COMPLETE REMODEL OF MAIN BATHROOM INCLUDING REMOVING ALL OLD CEMENT PLASTER WALLS, INSTALLATION OF GREEN BOARD AND INSULATION ON ALL WALLS, AND GREEN BOARD ONLY ON THE CEILING. ALL WALLS TREATED WITH MILDEW RESISTANT COATING, UPPER 4 FEET OF WALLS TEXTURED TO MATCH REST OF THE HOUSE. WAINSCOTING AND TRIM APPLIED ON ALL WALLS. ALL SEAMS CAULKED.
