Excellent. I'm the most satisfied with Peterson of all the various contractors that have worked on our home. They won't be the cheapest, but they will be highly competitive and will work with you to keep costs down. They are punctual and totally dependable. I can recommend Ray without reservation.
Description of Work: Ray and his family have done projects, large and small, at our home in La Jolla for over five years. I'd estimate the total costs are above 50K$. He has done major remodeling of a roof deck, extensive and difficult maintenance on windows, painting, plumbing (toilet replacement and repair) and numerous small jobs. His firm is totally trustworthy. They have a key so we can just call them up and they'll drop in to DOA job when they can. Quality is always good. Ray lays out the various alternatives and there is no up sell pressure.
