The company's owner came out ahead of time, inspected the job site & confirmed the job cost estimate he quoted me on the phone. His crew called first, then showed up slightly ahead of time, was professional, courteous, and did its job quickly & excellently. When the job was completed the company's owner, Billy Ray Snow, came back & inspected his crew's work, collected his check, thanked me for the opportunity, gave me a few referrals at my request & left. This is the way ALL work should be done.
