I think this is a one man operation. I left a message with my problem and I got a call back within 30 minutes. That surprised me as this was on a Friday evening after work. He asked the nature of the problem, scheduled to come and look at the set on Saturday (that surprised me, too). When he arrived he took a look, found the problem and surprised me again by having the parts needed with him. He pulled the computer board out, whipped out his soldering iron and had me up and running in about an hour.

He called two days later saying the TV had been on since I left and was working fine. He verified what the problem had been, and said that he could not find a problem. When I came in to take the TV home, he went through all the possible problems with me, and checked out the lamp, which showed some wear. I had changed the lamp myself before, so he just walked through the process again with me to make sure I could do it right. When I got the TV home, it worked fine. The problem must have been a loose connection that moved back into place with transporting the TV.

The overall experience was very good. He answered his cell phone Friday evening and came out on Saturday at noon. He spent time teaching me about Flat screen TV and HD. I felt he went beyond what I expected, so I will certainly call him again.

A terrific TV, now as good as new. Service was professional, courteous and prompt. He is a talented technician. Turn around time about 4 working days. TVs of this size and smaller must be taken to the shop. Will do house calls on larger sets.

AS I HAVE STATED THE SERVICE CALL WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND PERSONABLE. I FELT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. A DEPOSIT IS ASKED FOR AND THEN IS ROLLED INTO THE PRICE OF THE REPAIR, WHICH SEEMS FAIR TO ME.
