The contract said Leroy would also install a dryer outlet and another outlet in the laundry room, but this was omitted, yet Leroy took no money off for these 2 jobs. He expected me to pay him full price anyway. I am paying another company to do these jobs. Also, he was contracted to repair the oven, but he declined to do that job; yet he did not take any money off for this either. Although he had written the contract to say, "Repair stove", he later told me that he didn't really mean "repair" but only look. I suggest that anyone hiring Leroy first ask him to list all parts costs and labor costs for each job for easier settlement later.

Leroy was prompt, creative (because the part needed was no longer available, so he quickly found a solution to make a new part).

Front door would not latch and was binding in the door frame. Mr. Purscelley set appointment to repair door. He came at time scheduled and adjusted the door so that it closed and latched properly. He was friendly and skilled.
