Meadows Electric

Cameron Meadows is a crook and a liar.  He never showed up when he said he would, and when he did show up, he was extremely late.  He would lie and make up excuses for not coming.  He initially did the wiring for all the lights, but when it came to installing the canned lighting, every time he came, he conveniently didn't have the right equipment, even though days before his excuse for not coming was that he was getting all the equipment ..and he even double checked everything with me.  I am a very patient person, but he was getting on my last nerve.  One day he even asked for part of the final payment up front.  I confirmed with him that he would have the canned lights in and he said yes.   Well, my mistake was trusting him, because after I got back from running errands, he was gone and nothing had been done that he had promised.  After that, my husband took a day off from work to make sure Cameron would get the work done.  Cameron kept texting that he was 15 minutes away and after we waited an hour, we could no longer get a hold of him.  I looked up his license and called the company it was listed under and turns out the license he was using was for a company he had not worked for for years, and they had fired him because he had been caught going through a home's drawers and rooms on surveillance.  This guy had been recommended by our carpenter who had done our kitchen cabinets.  In the end, after months of dealing with his lies, our carpenter ended up paying for the parts that were supposed to have been provided, since what remainder payment was left on the original contract was not enough to cover what work Cameron had not finished.  Basically, we would have been at a loss money wise.  Cameron was a nightmare to work with, and I would not wish him on my worst enemies.

The gentleman was late for the estimate visit, but arrived promptly the next day to do the job. He worked quickly and did the job at the estimated cost.

This work took 3 hours. I am really pleased with the work that Cameron completed. He is friendly and I believe his rates were a value for what he accomplished. We have additional electrical projects in our home and plan on using Cameron Meadows for all of it.
