This was a small load, and unfortunately it took a few days for a driver to pick it up for the move here. There was an incident with the driver that I needed to call Truda and immediately she took care of it, and the move to our storage unit started in five minutes after my phone call to her. McCarthy does a lot of military moves, so I was unsure since there was only 1 review. Would this be a reliable company, or was I taking a chance. In summary, I highly recommend this local company (Wheaton is the "mother company") to do your move. If Truda is assisting you, you will know it will be done right. Now don't you wish you had used this moving company? This all sounds too good to be true, but I sure am glad this is the company that I used.
Nothing was broken, nothing was scratched!! I was a little concerned they would damage new floors, but they completely covered the front door and the floor.
They provided packing paper and boxes.
They were very polite and responsive. The management made a follow-up call to see if I was satisfied. I highly recommend them.
