+ -1 moreI called Mark and he came the very next day to look at the job and give me an very reasonable estimate. It was a small job so I showed him a couple of other areas that might need work. He honestly told me which needed new drywall and which did not. I appreciated the fact that he did not inflate the scope of the work to make more money. He and his assistant slowed up promptly on the scheduled day and laid down plastic to protect the flooring from the bathroom all the way to the front door. They removed the old toilet to get to the wall behind it and did the drywall repair neatly and efficiently. The work in the laundry room went smoothly as well. This was the second time that Mark has done work for me. He previously replaced a 2 x 8 ft. section of drywall that had been damaged by a leaking window in another apartment. He did a good job at a reasonable price, which is why I called him again.
Description of Work: A leaky toilet damaged drywall in an apartment bathroom. Removed and replaced approx 2 x 3 ft. of drywall, taped, primed and prepared wall for painting. Previous plumbing work in laundry room had left a 1 sq ft. hole in drywall. Patched, repaired and primed drywall. Minor touch-ups in two other bathrooms.

+ -1 moreMY GARAGE LOOKED LIKE IT WAS FALLING APART AND THE WALLS WERE CRUMBLING. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB, AND THEY MADE MY GARAGE LOOK GREAT.
