We're only communicating by phone. I can't see the work but he's always done excellent work. On price, he charged me the first time he's came out and he's kept it going; all except for parts, since. I thought he was very reasonable on price. Quality seems to be excellent. His responsiveness is very good. On punctuality, I give him free time so there's not really punctuality. I say can you come out sometime today and he'll say I can't make it today but I’ll be there early tomorrow. On professionalism, he's really stood behind the work he's done. It's very hard to get somebody to come out and work on your swamp cooler. If it's on the ground, fine; but nobody wants to go up on your roof.
