"Manuel Mercado was professional, friendly, helpful, kind, respectful, honest and efficient. He kept in touch, showed up exactly when he had agreed to, called me to let me know when he was almost at her house. He did the work well, quickly and inexpensively, in one case repairing rather than replacing a malfunctioning doorbell when he could have charged me more for installing a new one. "You don't need a new one," he said. He seems to be a jack of all trades so I will be calling him for any handyman, plumbing, electrical etc. fix-it jobs that come up in the future.

Before he could do the service he needed to come and clean up the area. Once I saw his clean up I did not hire him to do the maintenance. We had to get him back to do the stuff that he did not complete. My husband handled the whole thing. He paid him although he should not have, as the guy did not finish the work and we had to track him down to come and complete the work. Although he was a nice guy and seemed to be knowledgeable his worked did not seem to follow through on what my husband and he had discussed about what needed to be done. It took him a while to come back and correct the problem. Even then there were couple of things that he did not do and my husband did that himself.

We were very happy with them. He came and gave us an estimate, which was a great price. He was very professional.

He is fair thorough and does a wonderful job. He is also very responsive.

He is very reasonable, personable, and professional. I will continue to use him for home repairs.

They are very prompt and knowledgeable as well. They charge 40 dollars an hour. I am not sure what my total was, but they are fabulous. They are knowledgeable and hard working as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

WORK PERFORMED WAS GOOD AND QUALITY WAS GOOD. HOWEVER, EVERY TIME I CAME HOME UNANNOUNCED, MANUAL WAS ON THE PHONE WHILE HIS EMPLOYEES WERE DOING ALL THE WORK.
