Description of Work: Our old flat-roofed house needed a new roof. After a very bad experience with a roof installed years ago (it leaked immediately after installation), we were very concerned about the quality of the work and material used. Talked with and received estimates from a few roofing companies. They all seemed very professional. After much consideration we decided to use Logsdon.

+ -1 moreThe company performed very admirally and Dana is a pleasure to work with and talk to. They were prompt, efficient and did a great job. The old eves that they re-installed leaked after the first rain, but the company returned to tweek them to stop the leak. I truly appreciate the quality of the work they did, and would hire them back without hesitation.
Description of Work: Dana Logsdon replaced the entire roof on our 2000 sq.ft. home in Encinitas. The company removed the older roof, repaired some minor damage and installed a brand new roof. The company re-installed my existing eves. Many months later, I re-hired the company to add an attic fan and some extra insulation in the attic.

+ -1 moreIt was SO easy! I called on a Thurs. to reach a nice man who scheduled a FREE ESTIMATE appt @ the property 4 days later. He came to meet me on time and was extremely professional. I received a written estimate the next day and the price was extremely reasonable. I hired Logsdon to do the job and scheduled it for the next week. The worker's were @ the job on time, completed the job in a timely manner and left he property with all of debris cleared away. I love the color match too--it looks great.
Description of Work: Rain gutters were installed @ the roof perimeter of 2 properties on same lot. There were none in place, so no removal was necessary.
