Piano Tuning
Lee is excellent. He tuned our Yamaha grand piano, serviced it, and told us that because of its age, the tone in the lower registers was getting harsh. He is knowledgeable enough about pianos in general that he could advise us that we might want to trade the piano in for a newer one and come out ahead because people would prefer the natural wood finish of this one and we value the sound quality highly. Improving the sound on this one would be $2500.
We haven't decided yet, but thanks to Lee have good information to evaluate the options.

Lee arrived on time and set up his supplies. He cleaned the intstrument on the inside (it was dusty) and completed a thorough tuning. He also gave me his thoughts on a piano I was trying to sell, as to how much it was worth. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everything he did was very professional. I would definitely use him again.

He was extremely knowledgeable and capable. He was very efficient and he also recognized that my piano was in such bad shape that he didn't suggest a full tune up.
