Kodad was the middle of the 3 prices I received but he seemed to have much more experience and very personable than the Others.I also recieved the estimate and contract with very clear discription of work and only a 10% deposit required which was less than the others odly. They were very good about scheduling around my needs,kept me informed and finished in a very timely manor.They also adjusted a few doors and screwed a few planks on my fence just to be nice.When they left it was very clean as if they had barely been there.They were very personable and felt fortunate to have had their help,they also pointed out a few other exterior issues with my house for other contractors at a later time to address.
