I HAVE USED KNOTT'S FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH THEM. OUR AREA HAS A SERIOUS ANT PROBLEM AND MY ATTEMPTS AT ERADICATING THEM WERE TOTALLY UNSUCCESSFUL. IT TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS TO GET AHEAD OF THE ANTS, BUT I HAVE NOT HAD AN ANT IN THE HOUSE FOR YEARS. ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO I DISCOVERED I HAD A MOUSE IN THE HOUSE. IT WAS AFTER 5 PM, BUT BRIAN KNOTT CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
