They did a great job. The work took a little longer than expected, but it was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone because they answered all of our questions and the detail of the work was awesome!

We were very pleased with the final results. Job took 2 days longer than estimated but one day was due to inclement weather. Only significant negative in our view was communication with office staff. We could not get straight answers from Mark Kaufman's gatekeeper. He missed one scheduled appointment and his secretary kept fabricating excuses & then finally admitted he was out of town.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY WORK WITH A LARGE CREW, BUT CANNOT SEEM TO WORK VERY WELL IF ANYONE IS AT HOME. TRY TO PASS THE BUCK WHEN MISTAKES ARE POINTED OUT. FUNNY, THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WITH THE PAINT BRUSHES. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

"WHEN A CREW FROM KAUFMAN'S PAINTING WAS AT THIS CUSTOMERS HOUSE, THEY FELT UNCOMFORTABLE. REASON BEING, IS THAT THE CUSTOMER FOLLOWED THE CREWS EVERY MOVEMENT. SHE MADE THE CREW FEEL AS IF SHE DID NOT TRUST THEM IN HER HOUSE. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED THE CUSTOMER WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. AT THAT TIME MARK ADVISED THE CUSTOMER THAT NEXT TIME SHE HIRES A CONTRACTOR SHE SHOULD TRY NOT TO MAKE THE WORKERS FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND JUST MAKE IT A PLEASANT WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PEOPLE THAT SHE HIRES. MAYBE THE CUSTOMER FELT OFFENDED AS TO THE ADVISE, BUT THAT WAS NOT THE INTENTION. THE INTENTION WAS TO LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW HOW ONES ATTITUDE TOWARDS A PERSON CAN MAKE A SITUATION UNCOMFORTABLE. AS TO THE QUALITY OF THE WORK DONE, THERE WAS NO COMPLAINT ABOUT IT. THE CUSTOMER WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. I HOPE THAT ONE PERSONS UNFAIR REVIEW DOES NOT AFFECT OTHER PEOPLES VIEW TOWARDS KAUFMAN'S PAINTING. THIS IS ONE NEGATIVE REVIEW OUT OF MANY GOOD ONES."

MARK KAUFMAN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN PAINTING OUR HOME. HE SUGGESTED COLORS AND IDEAS. AFTER HE COMPLETED THE WORK, HE WENT OVER THE HOME WITH US AND MADE ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS.
