I saw good reviews on a couple of sites and decided to call to see about getting a repair estimate on our furnace. A gentleman picked up, and when I told him I was interested in getting a repair estimate, I was told they do not give estimates for repairs. I found that curious, but thanked him and hung up. I'm not sure how they do business without providing an estimate for what they are going to charge you.

Jason was awesome! He was available on a Sunday in the middle of a heat wave - enough said. The service fee was fair, he provided a thorough explanation of what we should have repaired and why, and the work was quickly done. Jason was also professional and communicated well. I would definitely recommend JPM Heating and Air!!

I've gone with Jason and his team for a few years now, both for work in my office and at my home. Easy to schedule, fair estimates/pricing for all, he and his technicians keep to the agreed schedule, have always done solid work.

Very well! Contacted Jason at JPM through social media. He responded very quickly, showed up on time, very polite, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He presented a couple of options to fix the problem and then we decided to replace the compressor. He scheduled an appointment for his service tech to be at the house in a couple of days. Service tech arrived on time in a uniform with a fairly new and clean vehicle. The tech was very knowledgeable and made the repair in the estimated time. The day the repair was made the weather was a little cold and the tech was not able to fully recharge the system with Freon. He committed to return when there would be a warmer day which he did 2 weeks later. The tech cleaned up the work site and removed the old parts. I would definitely recommend JPM for any Heat or A/C installation or repair.

JPM Heating and Air is one of the most personable and respectable companies I have ever used for an in-home service. I was referred by a friend to Jason (owner) and my call was answered immediately. I had my service scheduled within minutes and the entire process was extremely professional. Two service technicians came out to my house within days and I had my system completely replaced all in one day. Every JPM employee I came into contact with over the phone or during my service appointment was extremely personable and knowledgeable about their work. Their team worked extremely efficiently and were immaculately precise. They left my home cleaner than it was when they arrived and ensured I knew exactly what had taken place before they left. They left me with a fully functional system, absolutely no questions, and I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. JPM has the most reasonable pricing I have ever seen for the quality of  work they offer. Thank you!!!
