They do all my rentals, I have six. I've always been pleased with them. They did an excellent job and the carpet is great quality. It was an excellent price. It's good quality, you have to allow them to steer you and know what good quality carpet is and pay for it. They have all grades of carpet. Once I get the kitchen floors paid for I am going to have them do the molding.

The workman arrived om time and did an excellent job . the damage was in the middle of a hallway and you cannot tell there was ever a repair. The workmen did an excellent job of cleanup.

They removed all carpet & tile that was ruined by pets and were very professional. I was at home on medical leave and they were extremely careful about my dogs and aware that I was still recovering from my surgery. I would definitely use them again.

They had a professional and courteous interview and estimate meeting, even when another company was measuring and computing their estimate. I deeply appreciated that no one lost their composure in what could have easily become awkward.
While the price quoted, was not the lowest, I was quickly educated by the knowledgeable estimator, that the price quote was complete and he guaranteed there would be no and quot;add-onsand quot; once the work was started. This proved true. The estimator was calm and experienced, pointing out some obvious and quot;pre-workand quot; that would have to be done by a plumber before the floor work could begin. This observation seemed especially keen, since no less than 4 estimators before him had missed this now obvious task!!
The only hiccup was that there was a lot of phone calls going back and forth about some detail, that JZ Floorcovering finally decided could be accomplished easier if they just did it.... and it was suddenly a problem that, almost as suddenly, disappeared nicely.
John Zettner Floorcovering, Inc. worked well with other contractors working and quot;aroundand quot; them, as we made our small renovations. They were on time, delivered precisely the product I ordered, and performed efficiently.

Zettner Floorcoverings has serviced our 19 units here in San Diego for close to 20 years, and we really don't plan on that changing!
They (Gary) has served our account and has done a absolutely outstanding job doing so.. Every time we have a need for carpet or vinyl or tile floors they come through with the best prices and products available, and install without a hiccup promptly and on our schedule without fail. They have even been patient with me when I overlooked the bill once or twice while taking over the management from my father in law which helped make my transition so much easier.
I am not only grateful as a customer bur also loyal as my father has also come to use Zettner Floorcoverings as his primary go to for his rental management properties as well. I cannot speak highly enough of both Gary and the company!

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND AM IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF. THE OWNER SPENT TIME IN THE SHOWROOM AS WELL AS IN OUR HOME. HE ANALYZED OUR NEEDS AND PRESENTED THE BEST PRODUCT CHOICES FOR US TO CHOOSE FROM AT AN EXCELLENT COST. THEY WERE FLEXIBLE IN CHANGING THE START DATE AS WE WERE DELAYED IN MOVING AND VERY PROMPT TO START. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A MINUTE!
