We checked the furniture when it was delivered on 5/28/13 and they were working good.  By 6/4/13 one of the recliners began to shake and bump when opening or closing.  We called Jerome's and they sent someone out that same day to look at it.  Jerome's said they would get us a replacement.  We set-up a delivery appointment - no show or call.  After phone calls back and forth over a couple days, Jerome's told us the model we picked had been discontinued and there wasn't another one.  Jerome's did tell us we could come in the store and pick out another set.  Unfortunately, the only set we liked was the one we bought which we told them and Jerome's refused to give us our money back.  So we asked them to see if they could repair the recliner or find a replacement at another store.  Jerome's called back and said they had to order the part to repair the recliner and would call us when they received it.  A few days later Jerome's called to say they couldn't get the part but had found another recliner at another location.  A delivery date was set up for 6/19 - no show or call.  Second delivery date was set up 6/20 - no show or call.  Third delivery was set up 6/21 and they showed up with a recliner in worse shape than the one we have.  Jerome's wouldn't give us a refund so we are stuck with this furniture.  We've shopped at Jerome's for the last 30 years but won't be shopping there anymore!

The sales person was very helpful and not pushy.  I liked the fact that
they had a large selection of fabrics at no extra cost.  They did a
beautiful job on the sofa and I really like it.
