was just fine ,I am not one of these snooty People that think repair men should be like robots,  I like dealing with regular real  people .

I called on a Sunday and got a next-day appointment. The techs mistook the address and were about a half hour late, but called to let me know. The work took about 40 minutes, and the phones work fine now. There may be a very slight background crackle, but they did not seem to have the equipment to test the exact quality of the line, other than just to make a phone call and listen in. I had hoped to have a more thorough evaluation of our wiring. One of the techs was very chatty, but interrupted my wife multiple times as she tried to get some work done.

I was left with a bad taste from the experience due to their pricing. I was quoted over the phone that it would be $80 minimum, and maybe $100 if it was complex. However, they asked for $180 (later knocked down to $160, and claimed that it was a very difficult job, though he admitted the only complication was a minor one that one pair of wires was poor. He based his pricing on what AT&T would charge, but even with that unreasonable comparison, he cost more than AT&T, for the main job, with the price jacked up by a 5-minute job of activating two other extensions. The job was worth it, but I wasn't overly impressed by their professionalism, and I feel like I was conned on the pricing.

Jon was nice enough to get me a same day appointment--(the phone company's next available date was about a week away) but he told me he had another job before mine and he wasn't sure how long it would take him. When he was delayed at that other job, he kept me in the loop as to where he was and when he expected to show up at my place. He found the problem quite quickly and fixed it. I am quite pleased with the quick response and service provided.

The owner answered when I called and we set an appointment for the next morning. They arrived promptly, checked out the location and explained my options. They needed to go into the attic to get to the phone line in order to drop the line in the wall to where I wanted the jack. This did result in an extra charge, but I had been told that this charge might happen before they even came to the house so it was not a surprise. They were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm only sorry I didn't use them for my recent office move instead of the AT&T tech who installed my phones.

He came the day I called him which was nice. He activated a phone port in my office.

I called for service and was able to schedule it for the next day at a specific time. Jon was extremely prompt. Once shown what was required, he was efficient and within an hour and a half had completed the job. He moved everything back to where it had been and checked all lines to ensure they were working.

The owner of the company was at my home within an hour of my phone call. He told me the cost involved after he examined the premises and explained that his cost is $50 less than AT&T would charge. That was good news to me so I gave him the green light. He was finished within a couple of hours (it took longer than he thought it would). The only complaint I have is that he did not clean up the area before he left. He did not have a vacuum, but could have asked to use mine in order to return it to the state it was in before the work was done.

I SPOKE TO JON AT 3:00 PM ON THE PHONE AND HE SAID HE WAS ONLY ABOUT 20 MINUTES AWAY AND THAT HE COULD COME OUT TODAY AND PERFORM THE WORK. JON ARRIVED, INTRODUCED HIMSELF, I SHOWED HIM THE WORK AREAS AND HE SAID HE COULD PERFORM BOTH JOBS. JON WENT RIGHT TO WORK; HE WAS ABLE TO COVER THE TELEPHONE CABLE WIRE UNDER THE EDGE OF THE CARPETING SO IT COULD NOT BE SEEN. JON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN FOR ANY FUTURE TELEPHONE WORK THAT I NEED AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. BEST OF ALL JON'S PRICES ARE QUITE A BIT LESS THAN THE COMPETITION AND I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT SEVEN DAYS FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

JON AND PAUL WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. HIS PRICES CAME IN LESS THAN SBC AND HE WAS QUICKER TO RESPONSE THAN SBC AS WELL!

MR. JANSSON RESPONDED QUICKLY TO PHONE MESSAGE LEFT. HE HAD AN OPENING THAT DAY AND ARRIVED EXACTLY AT THE TIME HE SAID HE WOULD. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUICKLY COMPLETED THE JOB, EVEN GOING UNDER THE HOUSE TO INSTALL THE JACK AT THE SITE WE REQUESTED. HE ALSO WAS ABLE TO UPGRADE AN OUTDATED PHONE LINE BOX ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.
