Materials arrived when promised and in great shape.

I went to purchase wood for a fence, which I had to order because they did not have all of the sizes in stock. I also purchased some Trex boards, and as they were being loaded, the windshield on my truck cracked. The manager, Mike Spencer, was so very kind and generous, he actually just gave me the product at no charge and advised me on getting my windshield replaced. I offered to split the cost with him but he insisted on giving it to me because I was (as he put it) "happy when I came in, and must be happy when I leave". He also offered to have my lumber order delivered free of charge. This was truly above and beyond the call of duty. I haven't even unloaded my truck yet but I wanted to publicly thank him for his generosity and good will. By the way, his assistant manager Derek spent a lot of time helping me to plan my fence, probably more than most customers need. He is very knowledgeable and patient, and he knows his product. This company is truly customer oriented.

EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. SALESMAN TOOK ME TO THE AREA WHERE THE WOOD WAS STORED. HE ASSISTED ME IN MAKING A GOOD DECISION ON THE TYPE AND SIZE OF WOOD NEEDED AND HELPED ME LOAD IT ONTO MY TRUCK.
