Excellent!!

These guys are great. We worked with Gilbert to get everything scheduled with the recent Angie's List deal. They arrived on-time in their 1000-1200 ETA window (actually a bit early, which was a refreshing change from other folks arriving a minute before expiration of a four-hour window). I showed them what needed to go, and they got right to work, picked up all of our junk, and then cleaned up any mess from moving old stuff. Definitely a 5-star company, and I'll be using them again (they're coming Monday to get some other stuff, and the rate they charge is totally reasonable). Highly recommended!

I researched several companies before choosing Impact Junk Removal. Gilbert rose above the others in every way. He was very responsive, courteous, fair and gave the best price. The overall experience from when I first contacted him to when I shook his hand after the pick up was extraordinary. I think every company whether they are in his line of work or another, could take a lesson from him. The service was outstanding and they even cleaned up afterwards which pleased us so much. The fact that he recycles as much as possible with the items he hauls away was a big plus for us. I highly recommend him without reservation and will certainly call on him again in the future.

I called Impact on a Thursday and had an appointment for the next day.  My mother's garage was full of garbage after cleaning out her house, so we contacted Impact for a quote.  I sent over a few pictures and we agreed upon the estimate.  Upon arrival, Gilbert looked over the garage, gave me a final price, and began removing everything.  Impact has quite a large trailer and was able to take 2 couches, a table, and quite a few boxes.  One thing that stood out compared to previous junk removal companies I have used, was that Impact didn't just throw everything in the trailer.  They organized everything and made sure that they were able to remove all of the junk in one visit.  Lastly, I was very happy to hear that Impact recycles as much as they can.  We didn't have much this time, but after we finish moving my mother into her new house, I will definitely be calling Impact to take all of the boxes.
